Organizational Change
Let’s admit it. Change can be scary. It’s scary because we get comfortable in our routines. After a while we forgot ‘why’ we are even doing something. Or worse, we can’t imagine doing it any other way.
But change doesn’t have to be scary. Together we look at the way your business works (macro) versus what your are working on (micro). We ask questions that help you come to your own solutions.
We love using a method called Process Mapping that creates a visual aid as we walk-through and talk-through the issue. Perfect for groups with The We-Know-Something-Isn’t-Working-Well-But-We-Can’t-Put-Our-Finger-On-It Syndrome. This is also great for teams seeking a better understanding of how their individual contributions come together.

Our client struggled with a disorganized Donor Acknowledgment unit. Our half-day session brought the team together to walk through what happens, identify the problems and brainstorm the solutions. Results included a more cohesive team and a faster turn-around time of 2 weeks to 3 days from receipt of donation to acknowledgment letter. Oh, and solutions were implemented within 24 hours.

We’re like a bad penny…
