Social Media Monitoring & Maintenance: $325 month*

Set-up and maintenance of up to three social networking accounts including Facebook Page, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yelp, YouTube, Vimeo, and Flickr. Increase your visibility and strengthen your customer/client base. 

  •  We use strategies and content that are consistent with your brand and marketing goals.  This means that we’ll work with your team to make sure that content is unified.
  • Content that you send us is posted across the networks in appropriate formats and intervals.  This means that we’ll adjust your content so that it reads well on Facebook but it also suits the 140-character limit for Twitter. Or maybe it’s that the photos are formatted for easy viewing. We also know a thing or two about posting the right content at the right time.
  • Questions, comments, and reviews are responded to in your company “voice” or referred on. This means that armed with some general information, we’ll respond to the stuff that we know and only bug you when we need you to follow-up.
  • Cross-marketing opportunities are explored and leveraged. This means that we learn about your business and who you want to be aligned with.
  •  Accounts will be connected where possible so that content from one service will be visible on another. This means that (if you want) your Facebook posts can be read by your Twitter followers. 
  •  Accounts will be available from your website. This means that we’ll send weird lines of code to your web folks so that pretty little buttons and widgets will be on your website and everything gets connected.
  • A smooth transition is already being planned. This means that we will train you and one other person on account maintenance including best practices. We’ll even include written instructions.
  • Content volume:  Facebook: 2-3 posts/week. Twitter: 1 post/day. Flickr: 25 images/week. LinkedIn: 1 post/day. YouTube / Vimeo: 2-3 videos/week. This means that you can give us a whole lot of content to work with!

 

The Fine Print: *Minimum 3-month commitment. 10% discount for six-month contract or 15% for twelve-month contract. Additional $100 set-up fee waived if accounts are already set-up and active/accessible. Additional needs invoiced at $50/hour.
